Mexican media company TV Azteca said Monday that it received a notice of the intention of early expiry for $400 million in 8.25% 2024 bonds from the bondholders' trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon.
"The company has maintained a dialogue with the holders of the 2024 notes to reach an agreement that is favorable for all parties," TV Azteca said in a securities filing.
