Chilean shopping mall operator VivoCorp said it carried out a bond exchange as part of its financial restructuring, according to a securities filing. The company swapped three series of bonds for new notes that mature in 14, 16 and 23 years respectively, VivoCorp said in the filing. It added that it swapped all of the old bonds, but it did not give details on the amounts exchanged.
