Mexican construction firm Grupo Hycsa could tap the debt market or sell shares to a strategic investor to raise capital for its international expansion plans, a company executive told LatinFinance. Hycsa is looking to grow outside Mexico and a handful of Latin American countries and is open to a sale of long-term debt to raise the necessary capital, said CFO Ramón Casanova.
