Argentine power company looks to raise up to $100 mln to refinance debts that mature in August and October

YPF Luz, one of the largest power generators in Argentina, said its board of directors has approved a proposal to sell up to $100 million worth of bonds in the local market, a decision that comes after the company said it would seek funds to refinance maturing debts. The company will raise the money through the sale of one or more series of notes, according to a securities filing.
