Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the former of president of Brazil who is leading in the polls for the October election, said Monday that, if elected, he will embark on a global tour to attract foreign investors. "We are going to launch a great road trip around the world to show them what we intend to do in this world," Lula said at a press conference with international correspondents in São Paulo.  The left-leaning candidate, who was president from 2003 to 2010, said he has earned enough credibility
