South American development bank CAF returned to the Swiss bond market last week with the sale of CHF225 million ($233 million) in six-year bonds, according to a source involved in the deal.
The new 2028 notes priced at par to yield 2.08%, or 90 basis points over mid-swaps, in line with guidance, the source said. UBS was the sole bookrunner on the deal, the source added.
CAF previously sold CHF350 million worth of five-year bonds in August 2020 in its first issue of green bonds in Swiss francs. I
