Argentine Economy Minister Sergio Massa on Sunday appointed Gabriel Rubinstein as his deputy, bringing on board a critic of the leftist faction of the government to help pull the economy out of a financial mess as inflation surges and dollar reserves run low. Massa, a lawyer who has spent most of his working life in politics, had been in talks with Rubinstein since taking the job at the start of August, the third economy minister since the administration of President Alberto Fernández took power
