Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, which goes by the initials OMA, said Sunday that shareholder Fintech Advisory agreed to sell 29.9% of OMA to Vinci Airports for $815 million, according to a securities filing.
Fintech will conduct the deal by selling Servicios de Tecnología Aeroportuaria (SETA) for $579 million and Aerodrome Infrastructure for $237 million, OMA said in the filing. SETA owns 14.8% of OMA's shares, including all the Series BB shares that are not traded
