Brazilian e-commerce company Infracommerce expects to access financing at lower costs after it carries out a capital increase with existing shareholders, Fábio Bortolotti, head of investor relations, told LatinFinance on Friday.
"This capital increase facilitates negotiation of cheaper credit lines with banks," he said.
Infracommerce could raise up to BRL401 million ($79 million) in the share sale, issuing 33.9 million to 80 million shares for BRL5.01 apiece, it said in a securities filing.
