Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Jalles Machado said it plans to issue up to BRL120 million ($23.7 million) in agribusiness receivables certificates, known as CRAs, through local through securitization company Eco Securitizadora.
Jalles Machado intends to sell at least BRL70 million worth of CRAs, but it could increase the size of the deal by BRL50 million to meet demand, the company said in a securities filing on Tuesday.
