US investment firm Stonepeak Infrastructure has set the initial price talk on the sale of seven-year bonds at 7.6% with a re-offer price of 86, according to Refinitiv. Stonepeak began calling investors last month to pitch the sale of $500 million in new 2029 bonds to fund the acquisition of the Latin American business of fiber optic network operator Lumen Technologies.
