Banco Azteca led a MXN4.47 billion ($217 million) syndicated loan for Conservadora Mexiquense de Caminos del Sur to rebuild and maintain 1,637km of roads and highways in the state of Mexico, according to its legal adviser, Greenberg Traurig.
The collateral package for the multi-tranche loan includes availability payments from the state government for the public-private partnership (PPP) as well as tax revenues, the US law firm said in a press release on Wednesday.
