WOM sells towers to Phoenix Tower

Chilean mobile phone company WOM agreed to sell up to 3,800 communication towers to Phoenix Tower International (PTI) for $930 million, according to a news release. PTI will acquire 2,334 sites initially and a further 1,466 in 2024, which will make it the biggest owner of towers in Chile, the Boca Raton, Florida-based company said in the press release.
