Loma Negra takes out loan

Loans Argentina

Loma Negra, Argentina's largest cement maker, said Tuesday that it took out a loan for up to $80 million from Eurobank. The loan has an interest rate based on SOFR and a tenor of 90 days extendable to up to six months, the company said in a securities filing.  In 2020, the company borrowed $13.1 million from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and another ARS1 billion ($16.7 million) from HSBC, both with two-year tenors, before going on that year to sell its 51% stake in Yguazú Cement
