Argentine Economy Minister Silvina Batakis scored a minor win on Monday, her first day on the job. She reached an agreement with the Paris Club of lending nations to postpone a meeting for finalizing a deal for extending the maturity on a $2.45 billion loan, but investors say she must do a lot more than that to calm the markets, and that task may very well be out of her hands.
