Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000), the largest airport operator in Argentina, said it will offer up to $20 million in US dollar-denominated bonds in the local market on Wednesday for working capital and to refinance debt.
AA2000 will offer the three-year note at auction, according to a securities filing.
The dollar-linked notes, which are bought and paid back in pesos at the official wholesale exchange rate, will pay a fixed rate of interest to be set during the bidding process.
