Brazilian railroads name new CEO

Brazilian railway companies Ferrovia Norte Sul (FNS) and Ferrovia Centro Atlântica (FCA) said they have named Alessandro Pena da Gama as CEO of both companies, according to a securities filing. Gama replaces Gustavo Serrão Chaves, who resigned on July 13, the two companies said in a joint filing on Friday.  Gama joins the railroads from logistics company VLI, where he works as COO. VLI is an indirect shareholder in both FNS and FCA, according to the filing.  Gama has also worked at mining compan
