Brazilian infrastructure company EcoRodovias said it raised BRL4.2 billion ($775 million) in financing from two development banks — BNDES and Banco da Amazônia (BASA) — for toll road concessionaire Ecovias de Araguaia. National development bank BNDES structured BRL600 million in 29-year debentures that priced at the IPCA consumer price index plus 6.66% on July 14 and granted a long-term loan for BRL3.16 billion at IPCA plus 7.7%, EcoRodovias said in a securities filing on Monday.
