Costa Rica could return to the international bond market next year with up to $1.5 billion in new notes after it receives approval from the Legislative Assembly, according to a government spokesperson.
"The issue will be carried out once the respective approvals are obtained, the services necessary for the same are contracted and the international market conditions are conducive to carrying out the transaction," the spokesperson told LatinFinance late Friday.
