Santander Chile, a subsidiary of Spanish bank Santander, is looking to issue up to $340 million worth of bonds in the local market in four series, according to local business newspaper Diario Financiero.
Santander expects to issue inflation-linke or peso-denominated notes with different maturities and plans to use the proceeds to cover general purposes, the newspaper reported.
