The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) granted a $300 million loan to Colombia for sustainable projects designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and create new jobs. Proceeds from the loan will be used to bolster government policies in sectors such as agriculture, forestry, energy and transportation, the development bank said in a press release.
