Cresud, a leading agribusiness in Argentina, said Tuesday it plans to sell at least $20 million in 33-month dollar-denominated bonds in the local market, likely increasing the amount as investor demand runs high for securities in hard currencies.
The company said it will offer the notes at auction on Friday, adding in a securities filing that the bonds will pay a fixed rate of interest to be determined in the bidding process.
