Bancolombia moves ahead with local SLB sale

Colombian lender Bancolombia said Tuesday that it received board approval to issue up to COP640 billion ($155 million) in sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs) in the local market, according to a securities filing. Bancolombia plans to sell the five-year SLBs to institutional investors, including multilateral lenders, to fund loans for sustainability projects, it said in the filing.
