Peruvian lender Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) said Monday that it issued $30 million worth of green bonds in a private placement with French investment firm Amundi.
Amundi purchased the notes through the Emerging Green One Fund that it created with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to "accelerate the development of the capital markets" in Latin America, BCP said in a press release.
BCP did not provide pricing information on the private placement, but it said it will use the proceeds
