Peruvian state-owned mortgage lender Fondo Mivivienda said it is looking to take out a 10-year loan for $290 million from JPMorgan, according to a securities filing.
The loan will be guaranteed by the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), the political risk insurance and credit enhancement guarantees division of the World Bank, with JPMorgan and Santander as structuring agents, Mivivienda said in the filing on Saturday.
