Argentine President Alberto Fernández said his government signed a deal to borrow $175 million from South America development bank CAF for improving infrastructure at public universities and for two highway projects.
Fernández inked the deal with CAF president Sergio Díaz Granados late on Friday, according to a press release.
Of the loan, $100 million will go to improvements to two highways. One is National Route 3, a 3,045km highway that stretches from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, the country's sou
