Tarjeta Naranja gears up new bond sale

Argentine credit card issuer Tarjeta Naranja said Thursday that its board of directors approved a plan to issue up to ARS10 billion ($80.6 million) in local bonds, its second deal this year as demand grows for its services. The Córdoba-based company said it will announce the auction date soon, according to a securities filing. In April, Tarjeta Naranja raised ARS8.7 billion (then $78.4 million) in the sale of one-year notes at the Badlar rate plus 3.75% and two-year notes at Badlar plus 5.25%. B
