Brazilian renewable energy company Comerc Energia has priced BRL800 million ($153 million) in 2024 debentures at the DI interbank lending rate plus 2%, according to a securities filing. Comerc issued the debentures to fund investments in the Castilho solar power project in the state of São Paulo, it said in the filing on Wednesday.
