Mexican early-stage venture capital firm Angel Ventures expects to close its third fund with $120 million before the end of the year, co-founder and managing partner Hernán Fernández told LatinFinance on Thursday. "We are about to make a first close of the fund, which should happen in the next few weeks, to start making investments," Fernández said.
