IDB Invest, the private sector affiliate of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), said Thursday that it issued PGY100 billion ($14.6 million) worth of bonds in Paraguay through local lender Sudameris Bank.
The new notes carried a coupon of 7.9% and the proceeds will be used to fund loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), IDB Invest said in a press release.
