Unifin borrows from Credit Suisse

Mexico's Unifin has borrowed $500 million from Credit Suisse to pay off debt and fund the regular run of business, the non-bank lender said on Wednesday. The financing involves a $300 million term loan and a $200 million revolving facility, Unifin said in a press release without providing more details. Skadden and Kuri Breña represented Unifin on the loan, while Ritch Mueller and Morgan Lewis advised Credit Suisse.  Unifin CEO Sergio Camacho said in May that the company could raise $150 million
