Argentine power company SPI Energy said late Wednesday that it will make its debut in the local bond market next week, seeking to raise up to $135 million in a two-part deal.
The company said it will offer the notes at auction on June 23, starting at $115 million and increasing the amount based on demand, according to a securities filing.
On offer will be two dollar-linked securities, or those that are bought and paid back in pesos and pay a margin over the depreciation of the wholesale exchange
