SPI Energy to make bond debut

Argentine power company SPI Energy said late Wednesday that it will make its debut in the local bond market next week, seeking to raise up to $135 million in a two-part deal. The company said it will offer the notes at auction on June 23, starting at $115 million and increasing the amount based on demand, according to a securities filing. On offer will be two dollar-linked securities, or those that are bought and paid back in pesos and pay a margin over the depreciation of the wholesale exchange
