Cruzados, the holding company for the Universidad Católica football club in Chile, said it has raised $33.3 million in the sale of bonds and shares to finance the expansion and remodeling of its stadium in Santiago.
The company sold UF600,000 ($22.8 million) in 20-year notes — its debut bond sale — and CLP9.1 billion ($10.5 million) in new shares, according to securities filings.
