San Miguel, the largest lemon grower in Argentina, said Wednesday that it agreed to sell its units in Peru and South Africa to Spain's Citri&Co for an undisclosed amount. The Famaillá, Tucumán-based company said the sale of San Miguel Fruits South Africa and San Miguel Fruits Perú will be done through two subsidiaries, according to a securities filing.
