Chilean development agency Corfo said it signed agreements with Air Liquide, CAP and GNL Quintero to finance the first three industrial-scale three green hydrogen plants in the country. Santiago-based liquified natural gas importer GNL Quintero plans to build a plant in the Valparaiso region to produce 500 tons of green hydrogen using a 10 MW electrolyzer, which splits water into hydrogen and oxygen, while local mining company CAP is working on a project in the Biobío region with 12 MW electroly
