Arcos Dorados, the Uruguay-based franchiser of McDonald's restaurants in Latin America and the Caribbean, said Monday that it agreed to repurchase $150 million worth of 5.875% 2027 bonds after investors tendered $230 million by the early deadline on April 29.
Arcos Dorados agreed to pay bondholders $1,029.38, including a $30 premium, for every $1,000 in principal, it said in a press release.
