Mexico's state-owned electric utility CFE plans to use funds from an infrastructure and energy trust called a Fibra-E to finance construction of six power plans, a company executive said Wednesday. CFE plans to invest $3.5 billion to build the plants and increase capacity by 4,015 MW.
