The Colombian subsidiary of Italian energy company Enel said it borrowed COP250 billion ($63.1 million) from Bancolombia in its second loan from the local lender in April. Enel Colombia will use the seven-year sustainable loan to fund projects in rural areas, it said in a securities filing on Thursday. Enel signed a six-year loan for COP480 million from Bancolombia earlier in April. It also got a one-year loan for $42 million from Scotiabank in April and a one-year bullet loan for $61 million fr
