Colombian-Mexican property technology firm La Haus has started examining a possible initial public offering (IPO) after naming a new CFO on Wednesday, said co-founder and president Rodrigo Sánchez.
"The volatility of the current market must be considered," Sánchez said, but La Haus is taking steps to go public "when the time is right."
To prepare for an IPO, Sánchez has stepped down as CFO, and La Haus has hired Carlos Pelayo to replace him.
