Bradesco enters cancer treatment joint venture

Bradesco Seguros, the insurance division of Brazilian bank Bradesco, has entered a cancer treatment joint venture with local healthcare companies Grupo Fleury and A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo (BP). The three companies will each have an equal stake and are expected to invest BRL678 million ($136 million) in five years to open cancer clinics in various cities in Brazil, Fleury and BP said in separate statements on Tuesday. Bradesco Seguros will take part in the venture through Atlântica
