Mexican pawn shop operator Globcash is "exploring the possibility" of listing shares in the United States and the United Kingdom in the next two years, CEO Roberto Arámburo told LatinFinance on Friday. Before then, Globcash expects to raise MXN1 billion to MXN1.2 billion ($49.7 million to $59.7 million) in an initial public offering (IPO) on the BIVA exchange in Mexico City on May 30, Arámburo said, adding that the company is valued at MXN3.6 billion.  The company will use the money from the IPO
