Brazilian steelmaker Gerdau said Wednesday it paid off $159 million in bonds that mature in 2024, concluding the early redemption of the notes. The company agreed to pay a total sum of $167 million, including unpaid interest, for the 5.893% 2024 notes on May 10, it said in press release.
