Brazilian healthcare company Kora Saúde said it has completed a two-part debenture sale in the local market, raising BRL700 million ($136 million) to pay off other debt, according to a securities filing.
Kora priced BRL440 million in five-year debentures at the DI interbank lending rate plus 1.95% and BRL260 million in seven-year notes at the DI plus 2.2%, the company said in the filing on Monday. It put up the Hospital Maternidade de São Mateus as collateral for the debt sale, it added.
