Argentina to raise funds for roadworks, universities

Argentina said Tuesday that it approved plans to borrow up to $212 million from two international development banks for projects to improve roads and public university education. The country will borrow $100 million from Latin American development bank CAF for a program to build and repair roads, including cross-border highways, according to a presidential decree. The 15-year loan will bear interest of 200 basis points over the secured overnight financing rate (SOFR), the government said. Argent
