Mexican telecommunications company Totalplay Telecomunicaciones said it plans to issue up to MXN1 billion ($49.1 million) in one-year bonds in the local market on Wednesday and use the proceeds for working capital. Actinver and Punto Casa de Bolsa will coordinate the sale, which is part of a MXN5 billion bond program, Totalplay said in a securities filing.
