Chile's Empresa de Transporte de Pasajeros Metro, the state-backed company that runs the subway system in Santiago, said its board of directors has named Guillermo Muñoz Senda as the new chairman. A former consultant to the World Bank and director of the Santiago bus system, Muñoz replaces Louis de Grange, who stepped down after four years as Metro's chairman, according to a securities filing.
