The International Finance Corporation (IFC) said it will advise the government of Jamaica on a planned public-private partnership (PPP) for three stretches of highway on the northern coast. The proposed project, which is estimated to cost between $600 million and $800 million, covers 60km of existing highway – Seacastles to Greenwood (6.8km), Greenwood to Discovery Bay (40.7km) and Salem to Mammee Bay (12.3km) – and calls for expanding the roads to four lanes, adding intersections and building o
