Mexican chemical company Cydsa said Monday that it agreed to repurchase $47.7 million worth of 6.25% 2027 bonds after investors tendered $64.6 million by the early deadline on April 22.
The Monterrey-based company said earlier this month that it would spend cash to buy back up to $40 million of the $450 million in 2027 notes. It extended the deadline last week to give investors more time to participate.
Cydsa agreed to pay $990 for every $1,000 in principal, including a $50 premium, for the bond
