Argentine software developer Globant said it has entered into a deal to acquire GeneXus, a software company in Uruguay, for an undisclosed amount as it seeks to diversify its portfolio and expand the business. Montevideo-based GeneXus operates a low-code software platform for businesses to create and run apps.
