Arcos Dorados, the Uruguay-based franchiser of McDonald's restaurants in Latin America and the Caribbean, sold $350 million worth of seven-year sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs) on Thursday to repurchase notes that mature in 2023 and 2027, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. The new 2029 bonds priced at 99.991 to yield 6.125% after the initial price talk had started in the mid- to high-6% area and guidance came to 6.25%, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, the source said.
